Detailed Contract Summary Report

A new custom print template is added to the Contract business process. The Detailed Contract Summary report provides line item details for a contract as well as associated Change Orders and Payment Applications. The report can be created from a single Contract record or from multiple contracts by selecting more than one record in the Contract log.

Cash Flow History Custom Report

The Cash Flow History custom report is added to the Organization shell, the Test shell, and all Oracle shell templates this month. It illustrates the evolution of cash flow snapshots for one or more projects. Color coding denotes increases or decreases in amounts per period or start/end dates from a previous snapshot. Available queries include the Project, cash flow name, curve name, snapshot title, and the snapshot creation date. The report can be run from any level of a shell hierarchy.

Project Schedule Summary Custom Report

The Project Schedule Summary custom report is added to the Organization shell, Test shell, and Oracle Site, Region and Building shell templates. Each row of the report is a Gantt chart representation of project progress, with Master Schedule Activities coded by color. The following queries are available:

Project
Program
Project Type
Project Manager
Project Phase
Project Start Date (greater than)
Project Finish Date (less than)

Schedule Lookahead Custom Report

A new Schedule Lookahead custom report displays a Gantt chart for each project activity sheet. The report can be run at the Organization shell, Test shell, and is included in all Oracle Shell templates; it can be run for multiple projects and at any level of a shell hierarchy. Available queries include Project, Program, Project Type, Project Manager, and Project Phase.

Additional Enhancements - Automatic

Project Dates in the Project Shell Attribute form: Project Start and Finish dates are added to the Project Shell Attribute form, drawing data from their corresponding fields on the Activity Sheet for the selected activities.

Open and Overdue Tasks report update: The custom report RTF template for Open and Overdue Tasks now has a No Results section after the existing report. This will cause Unifier to generate a PDF with the text No Results in the event that a report returns no data.

Additional Enhancements - Manual

Ball in Court Workflow Enhancements: The Ball in Court (V3) workflow used in the Initial Budget, Change Order, Change Request, Change Directive, and Issue business processes has two new features:

Added a Cancel action from Prepare to End step.
Added a Send for Revision action from Review to Prepare step.

Replace attachments with links: the ability to replace attachments with links is enabledin the business process configuration for both Document Approval and Submittal BPs. This option affects both record attachments as well as line item attachments and is enabled for all steps of all workflows for both BPs – including CC users at the End step in the Oracle Project shell template.

The Oracle Project shell template is updated by these changes; an administrator will need to update customer project templates with changes they choose to adopt.
