New Business Process

Five New Generic Cost-Type Business Processes

Five cost type business processes are added to Unifier Essentials. The BPs are available for use, but have not been configured or added to any shell templates; Unifier Administrator will need to set them up. These business processes are primarily intended for use as integration sources or destinations for interfaces with ERPs or other financial systems, but could be used for other purposes as well. Guided workflows are provided for Generic Cost 1, while the other business processes have only the basic Ball in Court workflow.

Report Utility - New Business Process

A Report Utility business process is added to the Organization shell and the Oracle Project Template. Custom report data models may be assigned to Report Utility workflow schemas to allow scheduled creation of Custom Reports, and prints may be saved to the Project Document. Business process notifications to users may include attached .pdf custom reports.

New Purchase Order Management Dashboard

A new Purchase Order Management dashboard is added to the Project Summary v3 organization-level dashboard.

Mobile

BP-Level Data Sync for Design, Configuration, and Setup

Data synchronization of business process design, configuration, and setups can now occur on only selected BPs, rather than refreshing all of them.

The Refresh Business Process Design option is added to the menu on a BP log screen. This will fetch BP permissions, workflow templates, configuration, setup, and translation changes.

This enhancement applies only to iOS.
