Tenant Switching in Android

An option to Switch Company is added to the Settings screen if a user has access to multiple tenants. Tap the option to display a list of available companies. Switching to a new company is preceded by a warning that locally saved data for offline use will be erased and data for the new instance will be loaded.

Project Directory Support

The Unifier mobile app for Android now supports project directories. Administrators control whether company or partner users can save user profiles for offline use; users can use a project directory to initiate calls, send messages, and send emails directly from a contact's profile within the application. This feature was previously available only for iOS; this enhancement adds Android support.

PDFTron in Unifier for iOS

Unifier on both iOS and Android platforms now supports the following file formats:

These document types can be opened with or without markups added in PDFTron.

Switch Between Servers at Login

When you log in on the mobile application, the Server URL field displays a list of recently accessed environments, allowing quick access to commonly used servers.

Project Directory Support

The Document Manager now includes mobile devices in its audit log, providing visibility into all user interactions regardless of the device used.

Release 24.6

Improved Workspace and Business Process Sync

Only the 6 most-recently accessed business processes and the 20 most recent records in each of those BPs will be retrieved when downloading or synchronizing a workspace on a mobile device. This improves app responsiveness.

This enhancement applies to Android and iOS apps.

Release 24.5

BP-Level Data Sync in Mobile Device

Data synchronization of business process design, configuration, and setups can now occur on only selected BPs, rather than refreshing all of them.

The Refresh Business Process Design option is added to the menu on a BP log screen. This will fetch BP permissions, workflow templates, configuration, setup, and translation changes.

This enhancement applies only to Android; the iOS version was updated previously.

Mobile App for iPhone Requires iOS 15.0 or Higher

The Unifier mobile app for iPhone now requires a minimum iOS version of 15.0.

Support for Geolocation using Mobile Devices

The coordinates of a mobile device can be used to auto-fill latitude and longitude in business processes through a new checkbox option in the business process configuration.

When enabled in the business process configuration, the mobile app won't display the "Autofill With Current Location" text at record creation. Instead, it will fetch your coordinates and input them automatically into the latitude and longitude fields. Otherwise, you can manually trigger the autofill by tapping on the "Autofill With Current Location" option to populate the latitude and longitude fields instantly.

This enhancement applies to both Android and iOS devices.
