Improved Task Reassignment Performance

Task reassignment is now faster because an administrator can view only active tasks in the Task Reassignment log. Closed or completed tasks cannot be reassigned, irrespective of the user's status, and system prompts will inform you of the appropriate action to take regarding assignment and revisiting policies in the workflow setup.

For users, system prompts will help clarify actions to take when assignees are no longer active users, contingent upon assignment and revisiting policies.

The confirmation notification that Unifier provides to a user when a record is about to be moved to a step assignee who is no longer active.

This update also applies to the mobile application.

Task Reassignment in Workflow Progress

The Workflow Progress log now indicates whether a task was reassigned using a status indicator labeled Assignee Reassignments?
