Project on a Page Summary Dashboard
Updated the Summary tab on the Project Controls dashboard in the Oracle Project template to include a more comprehensive view of project information. Also updated data views and data cubes to support the new dashboard blocks.

Added the hyperlink data element 'Reference URL' to folder and document properties.
Integration
Behavior Change in Picker Evaluation through REST API
Prior to 24.5, the system updated auto-populated values from picker even if you didn't include a picker value in your input request. Now, if you don't send a picker value or send a null value, the system won't update the auto-populated values based on the picker data element.
Mobile
BP-Level Data Sync in Mobile Device
Data synchronization of business process design, configuration, and setups can now occur on only selected BPs, rather than refreshing all of them.
The Refresh Business Process Design option is added to the menu on a BP log screen. This will fetch BP permissions, workflow templates, configuration, setup, and translation changes.
This enhancement applies only to Android; the iOS version was updated previously.
Mobile App for iPhone Requires iOS 15.0 or Higher
The Unifier mobile app for iPhone now requires a minimum iOS version of 15.0.
Additional Enhancements - Automatic
Purchase Order: Data pickers on purchase order business process forms have hyperlinks enabled:
- Purchase Order Main Contact
- Vendor
- Vendor User
This enhancement does not apply to the AF99- Integration and VF02 - Vendor forms.
Contingency Project Cost Data Cubes: These queries are updated to exclude projects where there are no approved Budget Transfers with line items with a cost item type equal to contingency.
Active Projects Data Cube: This query now excludes the inactive phases 00 Preplanning, 01 Planning, and 99 Complete.
Project Summary Dashboard: Added new data cubes for Activities, All BP Records, and Cash Flow.
Implementation Note: These enhancements are automatically included in the Configuration Package; no additional changes required.
Additional Enhancements - Manual
Users and Groups: the Project Viewers group added to the Oracle Project shell template with comprehensive view permissions.
Implementation Note: Update your template and all shells to create the group in existing projects. Optionally, update the object's permissions in your project template and update shells to grant access to the "Project Documents" folder (and subfolders) in the Document Manager, cash flows, activity sheets, and user defined reports.
Report Utility Business Process: Added the ball in court workflow to the Report Utility business process – but not to the Oracle Project template or the Oracle Shell.
Implementation Note: This workflow is in the business process configuration but must be activated and set up in the Organization shell or customer project shell template.
Restrict Workflow Progress and Audit Log Access to External Users: All business process setup record properties in the Oracle Project Shell template are updated to restrict access to Workflow Progress and Audit Logs for external users, such as Vendors, Architect/Engineer, and other external team members.
Implementation Note: The Oracle Project shell template is updated by the Configuration Pacakge. You will need to update your project template BP setups to impose this restriction.
