Dashboards

Day 1 Impact: Dates and Times in Dashboard Blocks

Dashboard blocks now display dates as well as times in the formats and time zones specified on the Region Format tab in your preferences.

This addresses a situation where you might have a block displaying multiple records or events on the same date, but with no indication of the times of these events.

Events occurring in a different time zone are converted to the user's time zone setting.

Recent Lessons Learned Report

Lessons Learned Summary Last 30 Days are new system- and permission-based user-defined reports in the Organization shell and at the Company level.

Cost Sheet

Cost Sheet Auto Snapshots

The Project Cost Sheet in the Oracle Project Shell Template now makes it possible to take an auto snapshot on the first day of every month.

Change Order Business Process

SOV Values on Change Order Line Items

The Change Order business process is updated to auto-populate Scheduled Value and Commits Remaining Balance from the SOV.

Mobile

Improved Workspace and Business Process Sync

Only the 6 most-recently accessed business processes and the 20 most recent records in each of those BPs will be retrieved when downloading or synchronizing a workspace on a mobile device. This improves app responsiveness.

This enhancement applies to Android and iOS apps.

Integration

API to Create Work Packages

Create work packages through a REST API, using GET to retrieve available work packages in a shell, POST to create a new work package in the shell, and PUT to update an existing work package in a shell.

Additional Enhancements - Automatic

Lessons Learned: Added "Lessons Learned Category" to cross-project "UE Lessons Learned Summary" UDRs in the Oracle shell and report templates.

Implementation Note: Automatically included in the Configuration Package; no additional changes required.

Additional Enhancements - Manual

Project/Shell Properties & Audit Logs: Projects/Shells Properties in the Oracle Project Shell Template are updated to hide the audit log for the following groups: Architect, Engineer, Other External Team Members, and Vendors.

Implementation Note: The Oracle Project Shell Template is updated by the Configuration Package; you must update the Project template Access Control to enable this enhancement.

Lessons Learned Business Process: The Lessons Learned Log views are updated.

Implementation Note: The business process log configuration is updated by the Configuration Package; resave the Lessons Learned business process log configuration.

Lessons Learned Business Process: Added Lessons Learned Category to "UE Lessons Learned Detail - Project Level" and "UE Lessons Learned Summary - Project Level" in report templates and the Oracle Project Shell Template.

Implementation Note: The Oracle Project Shell Template is updated by the Configuration Package; you must update your Project template to include the new reports and update existing Project shells.
