The peer is being routed more traffic than is nominally expected, or is responding slowly. If the problem persists, the client port range configured in the Local Node corresponding to the indicated transport connection may need to be increased.
Access the connection information via Diameter > Configuration > Connections screen, which indicates the associated Local Node.
Access the Local Node screen via Diameter > Configuration > Local Nodes.
Update the client port range by modifying the RADIUS Client UDP Port Range Start and the RADIUS Client UDP Port Range End values in the Local Node edit screen, if necessary.
Note:
To update the Local Node configuration, Admin Disable all associated connections.
