すべてのユーザーの名前をリストするか、特定のユーザーに関する情報を表示します。ユーザーが指定されていない場合、すべてのユーザーの名前がリストされます。nameフラグを使用してユーザーが指定されている場合は、そのユーザーに関する詳細情報がリストされます。
