Scheduling STARETL Runs

To schedule a STARETL process run for a data source:

  1. Select a data source
    1. Sign in to the CIC Administration application.

      http://<host>:<port>/cicadmin

    2. From theIcon_Home_menu_in_admin_app_home_page Home menu, select a staretl<id> or a <Custom Name for DataSource>.

      Note: <id> is the identifier of the data source.

    3. In the sidebar, click icon Status.
  2. Click Actions and select Schedule ETL.
  3. In the Schedule Frequency field, select the frequency for the STARETL process run as Daily, Weekly or None.

    If you select Daily:

    1. In the Run ETL at field, enter the start time for the daily ETL run and click Save.
    2. To schedule multiple ETL runs daily, click Add and enter a date and time for each ETL run.

      Note: Schedule multiple ETLs daily at least two hours apart.

    If you select Weekly:

    1. In the Run ETL at field, enter the time for the process run.
    2. Select the days for running the STARETL process, and click Save.

    If you select None, no STARETL process run will be scheduled for a data source.
