Scheduling ETL Runs

To schedule a ETL process run for a data source:

Select a data source
1. Sign in to the CIC Administration application.
  http://<host>:<port>/cicadmin
2. From the Home menu, select a data source such as P6 or Aconex.
3. In the sidebar, click Status.
Click Actions and select Schedule ETL.
In the Schedule Frequency field, select the frequency for the ETL process run as Daily, Weekly or None.
If you select Daily:
1. In the Run ETL at field, enter the start time for the daily ETL run and click Save.
2. To schedule multiple ETL runs daily, click Add and enter a date and time for each ETL run.
If you select Weekly:
1. In the Run ETL at field, enter the time for the process run.
2. Select the days for running the RETL process, and click Save.
If you select None, the ETL process run will not be scheduled for a data source.

Note: It is recommended to schedule the ETL runs once a day at a minimum.
