Aconex Mails Dashboard
This dashboard is based on a data set in order to create time-based charts. The four workbooks represent:
- Activity is used to understand the adoption of Mails module or compare collaboration across project portfolio
- Overview is used to view the KPIs, know the red flags like overdue mails and org with max overdue mails
- Details is used to drill down into more specific mail details
- Mail Thread is used to get the mail details in each mail chain.
Documents Dashboard
This dashboard is based on multiple subject areas and contains four workbooks that represent:
- Activity is used to understand how docs are being used to collaborate – registered docs, docs transmitted, doc in Workflows for review, etc.
- Overview is used to compare doc status, type, discipline across project portfolio
- Details is used to drill down into more specific doc details
- Doc transmittals is used to track docs that have been transmitted out or Transmitted in
Workflows Dashboard
This dashboard contains three workbooks that represent:
- Activity is used to understand adoption of workflows across project portfolio for doc reviews based on usage like workflows created/initiated, docs attached in workflows for review, workflow doc steps, steps in a workflow.
- Overview is used to know the workflow doc review and step status across projects, Orgs holding on doc reviews creating WF delays
- Details is used to drill down into more specific workflow details
Users, Projects, and Organizations Dashboard
This dashboard contains two workbooks that represent:
- Overview is used to highlight total users and orgs collaborating across project portfolio
- Details is used to drill down into more specific user and org details on given project(s)

This Unifier Essentials dashboard provides a big picture overview of a Project(s) Status.
Budget Insights Dashboard
This Unifier Essentials dashboard summarizes the Budget information available for the project(s).
Root Cause Analysis Dashboard
This Unifier Essentials dashboard helps users identify the root cause for over budget problems faced by project(s).
