Disabling the Cache for BI Publisher

To disable the cache:

  1. Login to BI Publisher as an administrative user.
  2. In BI Publisher, click the Administration link.
  3. Under System Maintenance, click the Server Configuration link.
  4. In the Cache Expiration (minutes) field, enter 0 minutes.
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Restart the BI Publisher server.
