Facility Condition Index (FCI)

FCI is the industry standard, method, or formula that is used in facilities management in order to enable the owner compare the conditions of a group of facilities. The resulting information can be used for determining the course of action regarding facilities repair, maintenance, assets, systems, and so forth.
