Assigning Permissions

The Company Administrator assigns access permissions to the Internationalization node, and the permissions can be set for both Users and Groups.

There are two types of permissions available for the Internationalization node:

Users who have Configure permission can translate the custom strings, and Users who have View permission can view the translated custom strings, only.

To assign permissions to a User through the Company Users or Partner Users node:

  1. Open the User Administration grouping node and select either Company Users or Partner Users.
  2. Select a user from the log.
  3. Go to the Permissions tab.
  4. Go to Administration Mode Access > Configuration > Internationalization.
  5. Assign permissions as necessary.

To assign permissions to a User with Access Control:

  1. Open the User Administration grouping node and select Access Control.
  2. Go to Administration Mode Access > Configuration > Internationalization.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Click Add Users/Groups.
  5. Select all users to assign permissions to and click Add. Click OK when finished.
