Access Control for Integration Users

To set permissions for Integration Users:

  1. Go to Company Workspace tab, Admin mode.
  2. Open the User Administration grouping node and click the Access Control node to open the Access Control log.
  3. Click the Administration Mode Access to expand it.
  4. Click User Administration to expand it.
  5. Click Integration Users.

You can assign the following permissions:

Permission

Expected Behavior When Checked

Create

When you check this option, the system selects the following permissions:

  • Modify
  • View

A user with the "Create" permission can add users, modify the user status, and view the user details.

Modify

When you check this option, the system selects the "View" permission.

A user with the "Modify Status" permission can modify the user status and view the user details.

View

A user with the "View" permission can view the user details.
