Change User Group Assignments or Add New Users in Bulk

To add or remove user group assignments in bulk

  1. Go to the Company Workspace tab and switch to Admin mode.
  2. In the left Navigator, click Company Sponsored Projects (Standard) > All or CompanySponsored Shells > shell log (for the shells that you have configured).
  3. Open the project or shell from the log.
  4. Click the User Administration grouping node and select the Groups functional node.
  5. Double click to open a group from the log that you would like to assign users to.
  6. Select the Members tab and click Add to open the User/Group picker window.
  7. Select the user(s) to add to the group and click Add to move users to the Selected Users/Groups list. Use ctrl and shift to select multiple users at a time.
  8. Click OK when finished.

To add new users to a project/shell in bulk

  1. Go to the Company Workspace tab and switch to Admin mode.
  2. In the left Navigator, click Company Sponsored Projects (Standard) > All or CompanySponsored Shells > shell log (for the shells that you have configured).
  3. Open the project or shell from the log.
  4. Click the User Administration grouping node and select the Users functional node.
  5. Click New to open the User/Group picker window.
  6. The Users/Groups are listed based on the company selected in the List Names From dropdown at the top of the window.
  7. Select the user(s) to add to the group and click Add to move users to the Selected Users/Groups list. Use ctrl and shift to select multiple users at a time.
  8. Click OK when finished.
