Access Control

Access Control displays the permissions granted to all users and groups per module. It allows you to quickly see which users and groups have access to each module and at what permission setting.

You can add, remove or adjust permissions for multiple users or groups at once, rather than editing the properties for each user or group individually. For example, if you need to grant access permissions to a newly set up business process, or want to verify that all team members have access to a new feature, it may be easier to do this in Access Control rather than opening each individual group or user record.

You can also generate and print an Access Information table summarizing permission settings.
