Create a Gates Setup
You can create a gates setup in project templates and in individual projects. There can be one setup per project.
To create a new gates setup
- Go to the Company Workspace tab and switch to Admin mode.
- To create the setup in a project, click Company Sponsored Projects in the left Navigator. Open the project.
- Click Setup > Gates. The Gates Setup log opens.
- Click New. The gate setup is created automatically. The Gates Setup window opens. There are three tabs: General, Settings, Schedule.
- In the General tab, enter a Setup Name, which displays in the log, and an optional Description. At this point, Status is Inactive by default.
- In the Settings tab, define project phases and gates conditions. For details, see Add Project Phases to the Gates Setup (Settings Tab) and Configure Gate Elements.
- In the Schedule tab, you can schedule regular gates. See Define Gates Runs Schedule (Schedule Tab).
