Create a Commitment Summary Sheet
To create a Commitment Summary sheet:
- Go to the Company Workspace tab and switch to Admin mode.
- Click Templates> Shells > [Shell name] > Cost Manager > Commitment Summary in the left Navigator. The Commitment Summary log opens.
- Click the Create Structure button. The Select Template window opens.
- Choose a template and click OK.
- Click Columns to add columns.
- Choose File > Properties to edit the sheet properties.
- In the General tab, enter a unique Name and an optional Description.
- In the Options tab, enter the following column names: Ref, Cost Code, Code Name, Breakdown, and Description.
Depending on the design in uDesigner, some columns may not display in the Commitment Summary sheet.
- Click OK.
