Making a Recurring Reservation
The reservation business process includes a "recurrence" feature, where you can specify how often this reservation should be created. Unifier will continue to automatically reserve the object according to the specifications you select with this feature.
To make a recurring reservation (Standard View)
When open a record and click Schedules (the Menu Options drop-down (the three horizontal line icon) > Schedules), a new window opens which contains the following tabs:
- Schedule
This tab enables you to set the schedule for the reservation. You can see and set the reservation period and see any conflicts.
- Recurrence
This tab enables you to set the frequency and range of the reservation. See the next topic for more details.
Recurrence Daily
In the Recurrence tab, when the "Recurrence On" checkbox is checked, the Frequency and Range of Recurrence sections will be displayed.
In case the checkbox is unchecked, the two sections are not displayed.
In case of an existing recurrence, if the checkbox is unchecked, all recurrences will be removed when you click Save. The interaction is the same as that occurs on clicking on 'Remove Recurrence' button in existing screen.
Recurrence Weekly
In case of an existing recurrence, if the checkbox is unchecked, and then it is checked again (without clicking on Save), the values present for the frequency and range of recurrence sections will remain the same, as before.
