About OAuth and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Information in this document supports two different authentication schemes:

• Bearer authentication using OAuth
• Basic authentication

Information marked with OAuth is only applicable to P6 customers hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (oraclecloud.com). If you are unsure about where your instance is hosted, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or an application administrator.

Where there is information that is for Basic Authentication only, it is marked with the word Traditional.
