Use the Project tab of the Template dialog box to specify information about the project.
Contract ID: The contract number.
Reporting Start Date: The effective start date of the XML file.
Reportng End Date: The effective end date of the XML file.
Project Contact
First Name: The first name of the project contact.
Last Name: The last name of the project contact.
Job Title: The project contact's job title.
Email: The project contact's email address.
Phone Number: The project contact's phone number.
Ext: The project contact's phone extension.
Country Code: The project contact's country code.
Project Notes
Note1: The type for the note field.
Content: The project notebook topic to export as Note1 in the file.
Notes:
- The project contact is the person who is responsible for overseeing the project, for example the Project Manager.
- There are five notes fields.
