Use the General tab of the Template dialog box to specify information about the contractor and general information about project and template.
Template Name: The name of the template that will show in the Select Template dialog box.
Contract Details
Contractor Name: The name of the contractor working on the project. This may be your organizations's name or the name of another organization.
Description: A short description of the file.
Business Type: The business type.
ID: The contractor's DUNS, DUNS+4 or CAGE code.
Security: The Security Type Code.
Schedule: The Schedule Type Code.
Effective Start date: The start date of the XML file.
Effective End date: The end date of the XML file.
Postal Address
Project Location: The location of the project.
Street Address: The street address of the project location.
City: The city of the project location.
State: The state of the project location.
Country: The country of the project location.
Postal Code: The postal code of the project location.
Reporting Hierarchical Structure
Export WBS: Mark this checkbox to export the WBS with the project.
Export OBS: Select the structure to export as the Organizational Breakdown Structure for the project, either the OBS or an Activity Code which represents the OBS.
