Use the Consent Notice tab to configure and enable consent notices. Once a user has accepted a consent notice type, they will no longer see that consent notice unless the text has been modified since the last time they accepted the consent notice.
Consent Type: Select the type of consent notice to configure.
- Add resources: Enables you to create a consent notice a user must accept before they add, copy and paste, or import Resources in P6 Professional or check in a project.
- Add users: Enables you to create a consent notices a user must accept before they can create new users or add users from LDAP in P6 Professional.
- Download data: Enables you to create a consent notice a user must accept before they export projects, publish project websites, run or schedule reports, or print from P6 Professional.
- Login page: Enables you to create a consent notice a user must accept to log into P6 Professional.
- Visualizer login: Enables you to create a consent notice a user must accept before they log into P6 Visualizer.
Enable consent notice: Click to enable the consent notice. If this is not checked, users will not see the consent notices you have configured for this consent notice type.
Modify: Opens the Consent Message Editor to enable you to enter and format a consent message.
Note: Work with your data security and legal teams to determine the wording of the consent notice.
Print: Enables you to print the consent message.
Copy: Copies the text in the Consent Notice Message field to the clipboard.
Preview: Enables you to see a preview of the consent notice message as it will be shown to users.
