You can change each user's resource access in the Users dialog any time. The new settings apply when the user logs in.
To change resource security:
- Choose Admin, Users.
- Click the Global Access tab.
- Select a user from the list.
The bottom of the Global Access tab displays the selected user's current resource access information. - Change the user's resource access settings.
Note
- Since a user's resource access depends on the position of the assigned resources in the hierarchy, changing that position also means changing the user's resource access.
