Prevent users from uploading potentially harmful files as documents in P6 Professional by providing a list of invalid file types. Oracle recommends that at least the default values of .exe, .com, .bat, .cmd, .vbs, .js, and .msi should be entered in this field.
Note: This is not intended to replace robust virus checking software and procedures.
- Choose Admin, Admin Preferences.
- Click the Options tab, then type a comma-separated list of file types in the Invalid document types field.
