- Choose Project, Activities.
- Select the activity you want to define as a start or finish milestone.
- Display Activity Details, then click the General tab.
- In the Activity Type field, select Start Milestone or Finish Milestone.
Note
- Milestones cannot have durations, time-based costs, or resource assignments.
