Fields dialog box

Use the Fields dialog box to select the fields you want to include in a spreadsheet layout.

AvailableOptions: Lists fields that do not appear in the current spreadsheet layout. These options are grouped by category. To list them alphabetically, click the Available Options title bar and choose Group and Sort By, List.

Selected Options: Lists fields that appear in the spreadsheet.

Adds the selected field to the spreadsheet.

Adds all available fields to the spreadsheet.

Removes the selected field from the spreadsheet.

Removes all fields from the spreadsheet.

Changes the selected field's position in the current display.

Changes the selected field's position in the current display.

Apply: Click to preview your changes without closing this dialog box.

Default: Click to apply the default spreadsheet fields.

EditTitle: Click to modify the selected field's title.
