- In the Project menu, choose Additional Activities View.
- Choose View, Layout, Open.
You can also click the Layout Options bar and choose Layout, Open.
You are prompted to save the current layout. - Select the layout you want to open, then click Open.
To preview the layout without closing this dialog box, click Apply.
