A project is a set of activities and associated information that constitutes a plan for creating a product or service. A project has a start and finish date and consists of some or all of the following: activities, resource assignments, a work breakdown structure (WBS), an organizational breakdown structure (OBS), calendars, relationships, baselines, expenses, issues, thresholds, and project-specific codes, reports, and work products and documents.
