When P6 Professional is connected to a P6 EPPM database, use the Select WBS Category Value dialog box to define the selected WBS element's value for a WBS category you define using P6. When P6 Professional is connected to a P6 Professional database, use the Select WBS Category Value dialog box to define the selected WBS element's value for a WBS category you define in the Admin Categories dialog box.

When connected to a P6 EPPM database: Lists WBS category values you define using P6.
When connected to a P6 Professional database: Lists WBS category values you define in the Admin Categories dialog box. To sort the display, click the Value column label.
Select: Assigns the selected category value to the selected WBS element.
Clear: Removes the selected category from the selected WBS element.
