Use the Sort dialog box to control the order of items in a window or layout.
Field Name: Lists sorting data types, in order, for the current window or layout.
Sort Order: The corresponding field's sort order: Ascending, Descending, or Hierarchical. Double-click this field to select a sort order.
Add: Adds a sorting data type.
Delete: Deletes the selected sorting data type.
Move Up: Moves the selected data type higher the list. Data is sorted by the data type at the top of the list first, then by each successive data type moving down the list in order.
Move Down: Moves the selected data type lower in the list.
