Specify how resources are listed in the Resource Explorer window

1. Open a Resource Analysis layout.
2. Click the Display Options bar in the Resource Explorer window, then choose Select View and one of the following options:
   
   By Resource: Displays resources by resource ID.
   
   By Role: Displays all resources by role.
