You can do the following to group and sort activities and to specify other settings based on those groupings or sortings:
- Group activities by categories that include Project Name or Project ID, WBS Path, and activity codes assigned to the project or projects
- Select to show group totals
- Show or hide grouping titles in the layout
- Select a font and color for grouping titles and bands
- Set sort fields and sort order
