You can deactivate an user from the Oracle Identity Cloud Service, from the Users Page.
To deactivate an user,
1. Click Users tile, from oracle Identity Cloud Service Console.
The Users page is displayed.
2. Select the user to be deactivate and click Deactivate.

3. Click OK to confirm and deactivate the selected user.

NOTE:
When you deactivate an user, the access right to the Oracle Identity Cloud Service will be disabled. They won't be able to login to their user accounts.
You can activate the user again, when needed.
