Running the Oracle Client
On the machine where the Insbridge system was installed, you will need to run the Oracle Data Access Components (ODAC) install to install the Oracle client. Oracle client allows IBFA to communicate with the Oracle database. A reboot is required after the installation.
The Oracle Data Access Components (ODAC) install for Oracle12c is in the Insbridge-Windows file: ODAC121012_x64.zip.
Note: The Oracle Client must be installed on the machine where IBFA is installed.

Steps to upgrade ODAC
- Copy the xcopy version ODAC12.1.0.2.4Xcopy_x64 and unzip it
- Uninstall / remove the old version of ODAC CLIENT if any exist
- Remove the path of old version ODAC CLIENT from system variables and restart the system
- To install the asp.net4 product, go to new xcopy file location and run cmd
- Execute this command install.bat asp.net4 c:\oracle odac
- Add new path in the system variables, pointing to new installed ODAC location.
- Go to IBFA and test ORACLE DB Environments then it should work as expected.
Reboot the machine, if it is not reboot then .NET errors may be displayed.
