Note: SoftRater for Java in Insbridge version 5.6.1 runs on TomEE. The TomEE server is in a docker container on Linux. TomEE can also be setup on a windows machine. For windows setup refer section "Deploy IBSS To TOMEE" in the Using Batch Rating Guide. SoftRater for Java is installed and functions within the application server. The external resources that the application server resides in will not affect SoftRater for Java.
