Right Click Options

In Grid View, the Category Selection area on the left side has a right click menu where you can add, copy, or delete. The Heading and the Policy category do not have a right click menu.

• Add: Adds another category. Use this when you have to account for multiple entries in the same category. For example, you may need to add another vehicle category to accommodate two cars in the rating.

• Copy: Use this when you want to copy a category and the contents. For example, if you have two vehicles and with only two differences between them. You can complete the category and then use the copy feature to copy the category. On the second entry you can change the differences.

• Delete: Use this to remove a category that is no longer needed.

The XML View has a right click menu that allows for select all, cut, copy, paste, delete and undo.
