Release 5.4 - F56233-02, June 2024

Updated the OpenStack version from ROCKY to Train in the VNFM OpenStack Prerequisites section, as the implementation of the 5.4 series is only compatible with the Train version.

Release 5.4 - F56233-01, April 2022
