Control Market Time Activity

Some activities are configured to only process during specific market times.

For example, an activity can be configured to only process between the hours of 9am and 4pm. If the activity is added to the Activity screen outside of that time frame, an error message will appear alerting the user that the activity processing is prevented due to time constraints.

To override this, change the effective date to the next business day. The activity will be added to the Activity screen and can be processed during the appropriate hours the next day.

If the activity is configured to allow an override, you may contact a supervisor with override authority to complete the action that is being blocked.
