Initiate Action

The user can initiate action directly from the inquiry screen. This provides the ability to have a link from the inquiry screens to a related OIPA objects like Policy, Client, and Activity that is being reported upon.

The hyperlinks should give the option to go to the screens.

  1. If Policy field is selected, the user is navigated to Policy Screen and Policy Activity Screen from Inquiry Screen.
  2. If Client Field is selected, the user is navigated to Client Screen from Inquiry Screen.
  3. If Client Activities Field is selected, the user is navigated to Client Activity Screen from Inquiry Screen.
  4. If Customer Field is selected, user is navigated to Customer Screen and Customer Activity Screen from Inquiry Screen. User is able to navigate from Inquiry Screen to Group Customer.
  5. If Case Field is selected, user is navigated to Case screen from Inquiry Screen.
