Activity Archival and Retrieval

OIPA processes millions of business processes as activities in the system. The volume of such processes is ever-growing and it requires an efficient data archival mechanism to archive the historical data and assist in managing the vast data and improve the data performance. The Archival Utility supports the following operations:

• Activity Archival: Allows the user to archive policy and client level activities.

• Activity Retrieval: Allows the user to retrieve archived entities and restore them in the active database.
