Diagnostic Information:

Collect the following before contacting Oracle Support:

• Event history on active SO server.
• Software release information of dra-Worker's on the dra-Worker server.

Recovery

1. Potential causes of this alarm are:
   • Routing configuration is incorrect.
   • Peer CNDRA has not yet been upgraded.
   • Peer CNDRA has not yet operationally enabled NGN-PS.
