This is to retrieve the configured Marital Status codes.

  Activation status of the Marital Status Code record: * `true` - Marital Status Code record is enabled * `false` - Marital Status Code record is disabled

  Minimum Value: 0

  Paging offset
• orderBy: string
  order by code, isEnabled with format column1:asc/desc,column2:asc/desc
