This illustration shows a DB-scoped security configuration. The illustration depicts two clusters, Cluster A and Cluster b. Each cluster consists of two servers. Above Cluster A is the label Oracle EBS RAC DB, and above Cluster B is the label Oracle PeopleSoft RAC DB. The clusters communicate with the storage servers through the InfiniBand switch.

In the storage servers section of the illustration, there are three groupings of disks. The disks are represented as cylinders. There are three cylinders, or disks, in each group. Within each group of disks, the cylinders are labeled CD_00, CD_01, and CD_02. Each cylinder has 4 partitions named DATA1, RECO1, DATA2, and RECO2.
