Description: Enables you to enter large text data in Unifier in an organized manner and format it so that it is easy to enter, read, and share.

Note: The SYS Rich Text Data Elements are not available to be set as Display Element, in a Data Picker configuration.

Limitations of SYS Rich Text Type Data Elements

The following limitations apply to Sys Rich Text type data elements:

  1. The data elements of SYS Rich Text type can be placed in the Upper forms of all types of Business Processes (BPs). You can specify a maximum of 5 data elements of the SYS Rich Text type in the BP design.
  2. This type of DE can not be used in:
    • Detail Forms
    • Line Items
    • Item Logs
    • Log (Standard)
    • Log (Picker)
    • User-Defined Reports (UDR)
    • Advanced Formulas
  3. Upper Forms - Email Notification Elements: This DE cannot be added as an Email Notification element.
