Portal Service Requests

The Portal Service Request process is an easy-to-use process for submitting facility service requests for issues, problems, requests for repair, and so forth. The Portal Service Request allows you to specify the nature of the issue, priority, criticality, location (site or building) as well As the asset affected if applicable.

The Portal Service Request process is accessible to users from a different URL address than the typical full access URL used to log on to Unifier. Access to this portal Service Request process interface is available to all licensed FAM users who are members of the “Portal Users” company level User Group.
