Oracle Primavera Cloud Integration in Unifier Shell
The Company Administrator can use the Primavera Cloud Integration tab in the Unifier shell Details window to add or link a Unifier project to an Oracle Primavera Cloud project. When Unifier and Primavera Cloud are integrated, you can integrate cash flow data. When Unifier, Primavera Cloud, and <0P_Prod_Name_OIC> are integrated, you can use <0P_Prod_Name_OIC> recipes to update the System Activity Sheet or the Master Rate Sheet (or both) in Unifier with information from Primavera Cloud.
Note: You can use a Gateway Integration or a Primavera Cloud Integration with Unifier; you cannot use both. While one integration remains active, the other is unavailable.
To add or link a project to a Primavera Cloud project in the shell Details window:
- Go to the shell (Admin mode or User mode, if you have the required permissions) that contains the project that must be linked.
- In the left Navigator, click the shell name node to open the shell landing page.
- Click the more menu option (the three horizontal dots icon next to My Dashboard) to open the drop-down list and click Details to open the Details window.
- Click the Primavera Cloud Integration tab.
- Click Add to select the Primavera Cloud project from the linked projects in Lobby, for the cash flow data integration.
- If more than one Primavera Cloud project is available, the system will open a window (Select Project window) and display the list of all Primavera Cloud projects that are linked to the project.
- If there is only one Primavera Cloud project is available, the system will automatically add the project to the Primavera Cloud Integration tab.
- If you must change the Primavera Cloud project, or for any reason remove an existing Primavera Cloud project ID (coming from the linked projects from Lobby) and there is already cash flow data exchanged between the projects, you can delete the project from the list and proceed with adding a new Primavera Cloud project as a link.
- When finished, click Save. To discard your changes, or to close the tab, click Cancel.
The Primavera Cloud Integration tab is only available in the shell Details window. The tab is not available in the Shell template or Shell creation window.
Notes:
- The Lobby lets you access your projects that are managed in both Unifier and Primavera Cloud. For details about the Lobby, refer to the Construction and Engineering Lobby Help (https://docs.oracle.com/cd/F23711_01/help/en/202246.htm).
- After you sign into the Lobby, you can view all the projects that you are a member of.
After the system authenticates and connects Unifier with Primavera Cloud, and the project service contains the project links defined between the Unifier project and the Unifier with Primavera Cloud project within the Lobby, the Company Administrator can add the Primavera Cloud project ID to the Primavera Cloud Integration tab with the integration type selected as the Primavera Cloud cash flow.

Based on the Integration Type selected, the Project ID entered will initiate the project synchronization with the source application (Primavera Cloud) when the cash flow data is sent (pushed).
If a selected Primavera Cloud project becomes inactive in the source application (Primavera Cloud), the row information will remain the same in the Primavera Cloud Integration tab, but when a data push or pull is initiated from anywhere, the system will display an error in the Integration History Details window.
