User Picker and Group Picker

With the introduction of profile picture, the User Picker, User Data Picker, and User and Group Picker include the profile picture, before the User name.

User Picker

This picker has the list of users. For users who have uploaded their profile picture, their picture will be displayed. If there are no pictures, then the system displays the initials of the user's first and last names.

User Data Picker

This picker has the list of users. For users who have uploaded their profile picture, their picture will be displayed. If there are not pictures, then the system displays the initials of the user's first and last names.

Depending on how the business process (BP) form is configured, the user data picker, in any business process (BP) record, can be used to auto-populate the user attribute values of the fields corresponding to the selected user in the BP form.

User Group Picker

This picker has Groups followed by Users. For users who have uploaded their profile picture, their picture will be displayed. If there are not pictures, then the system displays the initials of the user's first and last names.
