Specify a Different Language for Job Service
You can specify the output language for Job Service jobs. Complete the following steps to specify a language other than English:
- Log in to Job Service using an administrator account (rather than the system account).
- If you did not install P6 Professional when you installed Job Service, install the P6 Professional module on the Job Service computer.
- After P6 Professional is installed and the is database configured, start P6 Professional by selecting Start, All Programs, Oracle - Primavera P6, P6 Professional <release level>.
- In the Login Name and Password fields, enter the same administrator account information that you used to log in to Job Service.
- In the Language field, select the language you want to use.
- Click OK.
Note: As long as you used an administrator account to log in, Job Service runs jobs in the selected language. If you use a different account, you must repeat these steps using that account. You cannot run Job Service jobs in a different language using the local system account.
